BURKERT TYPE S070 - POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT FLOW FITTING

This positive displacement fitting is specially designed for highly viscous fluids like glue, honey or oil. The connection to the electronic SE30, SE32, SE35 and SE35 batch with hall sensor is done with the “easy to connect” quarter-turn technique.

BURKERT TYPE 8070 - POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT FLOW SENSOR

The positive displacement flow sensor for continuous flow measurement is especially designed for use in highly viscous fluid like glue, honey or oil. The sensor is made up of a compact fitting (S070) with integrated oval rotor and an electronic module (SE30) with pulse signal (Hall transducer), quickly and easily connected together by a Quarter-Turn. The Bürkert designed fitting system ensures simple installation of the sensors into all pipes from DN 15 to 100.

BURKERT TYPE 8072 - POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT FLOW SENSOR/SWITCH

This positive displacement flow sensor / switch with display is designed for use in slighly viscous fluid like glue, honey or oil and specially to switch a valve and to establish a monitoring system or an On/Off control loop. The switching points can be programmed with the 3-key keypad under the display or optionally from an external source over a 4-20 mA loop. The 8072 is proposed with On/Off output, or with external setpoints and/or process value outputs.

BURKERT TYPE 8071 - POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT LOW FLOW SENSOR

This positive displacement sensor is specially designed for measurement or batch control of highly viscous fluids like glue, honey or oil. This sensor can be easily connected to the universal transmitter Type 8025 or the batch controller Type 8025. The design of this low flow sensor is based on the oval rotor principle. This has proven to be a reliable and highly accurate volumetric method of measuring flow. Exceptional repeatability and high accuracy over a wide range of viscosities and flow rates are features of that design. The low pressure drop and high pressure rating make it suitable for both gravity and pump (in-line) applications.
