IQ3D actuators are direct current powered versions of IQ actuators. Direct torque range 11 Nm to 305 Nm (8 lbf.ft to 225 lbf.ft). Voltage ranges available are 24, 48 and 110 VDC.
Based on the multi-turn IQ actuator, IQH provides a range of high output speed actuators with integral epicyclic gearing. Gearing is optimised to be irreversible and provide a self-locking function for the valve.
The modulating version of the IQ 3-phase electric actuator has a solid state reversing starter in place of the electro mechanical contactors. It features fast-response remote control circuits for rapid control. To optimise positional control, the solid state starter also adds an electronic motor ‘brake' feature.
Benefiting from all the features of the IQM 3-phase electric actuator, the IQML has a linear output drive providing seating thrust output of up to 43 kN (9,667 lbf).
IQ3S is the 1-phase version of the IQ3 actuator. Direct torque range from 10 Nm to 450 Nm (7 lbf.ft to 332 lbf.ft).
IQT part-turn 3-phase, 1-phase and DC electric actuators are designed for isolation or regulation duties (S2 & S3/Class A & B) of up to 1,200 starts per hour.
The IQT Battery Backup actuator provides valve fail-safe operation by utilising power from a battery source during AC supply mains failure. Under normal supply conditions the actuator operates from the site AC electrical supply. On loss of this supply the actuator automatically switches over to receive power from a 24 VDC supply allowing control of the valve to the pre-configured position.
The IQT shutdown battery option provides fail-to-position functionality for IQT actuators in the event of a mains power loss in hazardous and non-hazardous environments. The IQT shutdown battery option is part of the IQT range of actuators (the part turn option of our flagship range of intelligent electric actuators). The integral battery pack provides a compact, explosionproof shutdown solution.
IQTF electric modulating actuators are capable of multi-turn, rising output, linear output and direct rotary output. Includes special fast switching control inputs for hardwired control.
The modulating version of the IQT electric actuator is designed for modulating duty up to (S4/Class C). It features fast-response remote control circuits for rapid control.

The RC200 is an extremely compact pneumatic actuator. Its scotch yoke design is particularly suited for valves with high start or end torque requirements. It is available in double-acting and spring-return configurations with torque output up to 4,400 Nm (38,000 lbf.in).
Designed for 3-position control of dosing valves or emergency shut-down (EDS) valves where a partial stroke test (PST) is demanded, the RC-DOS actuator is built on the well-known and highly reliable scotch-yoke principle. For 90° valves up to 660 Nm (5,841 lbf.in) closing torque at 6 bar.
The RC88 is an extremely high torque, compact, pneumatic quarter-turn actuator. Its scotch yoke design is particularly suited for valves with high start or end torque requirements. It is available in double-acting and spring-return configurations with torque output up to 7,600 Nm (67,000 lbf.in).
RCE-SR electro-hydraulic actuators is a range of rigid actuators for on/off and positioning with high torques in relation to size. Torques ranging from 50-5,000 Nm (44,248 lbf.in) The function is a cost effective alternative to a spring return electric actuator.
The RHS enables safe and secure local monitoring and control of Rotork IQ3 Range actuators installed in inaccessible locations. Using the same display and controls interface from the IQ3, users can remotely operate, interrogate and configure the IQ actuator from up to 100 m distance.
