BURKERT TYPE 8030 - FLOW SENSOR

The paddle-wheel flow sensor is specially designed for use in neutral, solid-free liquids. The sensor is made of a compact fitting with integrated paddle-wheel and an electronic-nodule, quickly and easily connected together by a bayonet. The hall-sensor produces a frequency signal proportional to the flow which can easily be transmitted and process.

The paddle-wheel flow transmitter for continuous flow measurement and batch control is specially designed for use in neutral and slightly aggressive, solid-free liquids. The transmitter 8025 is a compact unit with integrated sensor or a remote mounted sensor 8020 with panel or wall mounted transmitter. The transmitter produces 4...20mA standard signal proportional to the flow and provides a freely adjustable pulse output.

Type 8035 INLINE Flow Transmitter/Dosing Unit consists of a compact body with an integrated paddle wheel (S030) and an electronics module. BURKERT TYPE S020 - INSERTION FITTING FOR FLOW MEASUREMENT

The fitting can be used to connect any INSERTION device for a measurement in the pipe. i.e. sensors, indicators, transmitters and controllers for flow, pH, ORP and conductivity measurement. Suitable for use on Type 8025.

BURKERT TYPE S030 - INSERTION FITTING FOR FLOW MEASUREMENT

The fitting S030 has a built-in paddlewheel to measure the flow rate. When liquid flows through the pipe, the paddle-wheel is set in rotation producing pulses which frequency is proportional to the flow rate. This leads to a very leak-proof construction, called the ”INLINE Quarterturn” technology. The paddle-wheel rotation is detected contactless through the fitting wall. The sensor unit can be snapped-on or removed without opening the pipe or interrupting the process. Suitable for use on Type 8030, Type 8032 and Type 8035.
