BURKERT TYPE 8611 - UNIVERSAL PROCESS CONTROLLER eCONTROL 8611

BURKERT TYPE 8611 - UNIVERSAL PROCESS CONTROLLER eCONTROL

Thanks to its compact design, the universal 8611 controller is especially designed for compact control system applications. It is compatible and tested with all Burkert proportional valves and sensors and can be connected with every none-Burkert Control valve by standard signal (4-20 mA, 0-10 V or PWM-output). The proportional & Integral (PI) process controller is equipped with many additional functions. The process value feedback can be supplied as one of three analog inputs; a standard signal (4-20 mA/0-10V)), frequency or RTD signal; directly to the universal controller.

Continuous, 2-point, 3-point and On/Off control

Ratio control function

Sensor inputs (4-20 mA, 0-10 V, frequency, RDT)

Control of proportional, process and motor valves

Burkert proportional valves and flow meters are memorized

1/16 DIN size panel version

BURKERT TYPE 8605 - CONTROL ELECTRONICS FOR PROPORTIONAL VALVES 8605

BURKERT TYPE 8605 - CONTROL ELECTRONICS FOR PROPORTIONAL VALVES

The digital control electronics, Type 8605, serves to operate proportional solenoid control valves in the power range from 40 - 2000 mA. The electronics converts an external standard signal into a pulse-width modulated (PWM) signal with which the opening of the proportional valve and hence a fluidic output parameter (e.g. fl ow rate) can be infinitely varied. An internal current control with the duty factor of the PWM signal as manipulated variable ensures that every value of the input signal, irrespective of the thermal condition of the coil, is unambiguously assigned a given value of the effective coil current.

• Microprocessor-controlled electronics

• Switchable standard input signal

• Infinitely variable PWM frequency

• Optional RS232 or RS485 interface

BURKERT TYPE 1094 - ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER FOR VAPOUR RECOVERY 1094

BURKERT TYPE 1094 - ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER FOR VAPOUR RECOVERY

When a vehicle is filled with petrol, the petrol flowing into the tank displaces an equal volume of petrol vapour out of the tank. To prevent this petrol vapour escaping into the atmosphere, it must be siphoned off. In the solution offered by Bürkert this vapour extraction is achieved by applying a vacuum via an upstream proportional valve in the petrol pump reservoir tank. A suction pump transports the petrol vapour out of the vehicle tank and compresses it in the petrol pump feed tank. To prevent an overpressure in the feeder tank, the volume of petrol drawn and the sucked back petrol vapour must be balanced. The petrol quantity dispensed into the vehicle tank is measured using the calibrated piston meter of the petrol pump, the output signal of which is converted by a petrol pump computer into pulsed signals that are transmitted to the control unit. The control unit is fitted with a (SUB-D) port so that it can communicate (calibration, measurements) with the manual control unit.

• Input fuel impulse

• Input diesel detection

BURKERT TYPE TAT002 - DIGITAL CONTROLLER TAT002

BURKERT TYPE TAT002 - DIGITAL CONTROLLER

The digital controllers work on a micro-controller basis and are primarily configured as temperature controllers by their inputs and outputs. A wide range of other applications, such as pressure control or level control, can, however, also be carried out by the units, which have a 4-20 mA; 0-10 V and 0-1 V current interface.

• For all standard temperature sensors

• Parameter strings can be copied

• Simple handling

• 2 rocker switches for setting parameters
