As the UK’s premier partner to Burkert Fine Controls are able to offer an extensive range of process valves. The Burkert name has been long known for a high quality engineered product with long term reliability. Their extensive ranges of solenoid and process valves have made Burkert market leaders in their field. The Burkert range of process valves keeps to this high standard and offers a comprehensive range of valves suitable for pressures up to 25bar and temperatures up to 180c.
• Type 2000 - Angle seat process valves, suitable for steam duties and a water hammer free version. Port size 1/2” - 2 1/2”, Pressure range 0-16 bar, Temperature media –10°C … + 180°C, Body material Gunmetal, Stainless Steel, Options: Double-acting actuator, Weld-end connection, Electrical position feedback & Manual override.
• Type 2002 - Compact 3 way process valve pneumatically operated 3/2 Piston Valve for high flow and steam duty up to 180°C. With port sizes up to DN50, this unit will operate in a choice of functions for one unit. Supplied in Gunmetal. Maximum Temperature 180°C, Maximum Pressure 16 bar.
• TYPE 2012 – Globe style process valve pneumatically operated globe valve supplied in st/st with flanged ports. In sizes from DN15 – DN 65 this unit will operate up to 180°C.
• TYPE 2030/2031 – Diaphragm process valve, pneumatically operated diaphragm. The diaphragm between the actuator and body hermetically isolates the fluid from the actuator. Port size DN4 – DN100, pressure range 0-10 bar, temperature –10°C … + 140°C, body materials UPVC & Stainless steel. Manually operated versions also available.
• TYPE 3233 - Diaphragm process valve, manually operated, stainless steel body designed specifically for Aseptic applications. Stainless Steel cold formed for neutral gases and fluids, pure, sterile, aggressive or abrasive media and technical vacuum. Pressure range: 0…10 bar, Temperature media: -10°C … +130°C, Body material: Stainless Steel 1.4404, zero dead volume, corrosion resistant. Pneumatically operated versions also available. Tank bottom valves, tandem and zero dead leg process valves also form part of an extensive range of hygienic diaphragm valves.
We are also able to offer a range of electro-pneumatic positioners to compliment their process valve range.
