Through Bourdon Haenni we offer a range of hygienic level switches suitable for pharmaceutical & food and beverage applications.
The Microfant LSM020 level switch is used in liquid level detection by
sending out an electromagnetic wave into the liquid and depending on the
DK value the run time of the wave changes. This level switch method offers
the ideal solution for product that give foam or condensation as it is unaffected
by both. For use in DN25 pipe lines and above.
The conductive level switch LSK is used for the level detection of conductive
liquids. These level switches measure the difference in conductivity of the
sensor when covered by the liquid. This hygienic device is installed by
using a weld-in sleeve and due to it’s high temperature resistance
this level switch can be used for CIP and sterilization processes.
We offer a range of Burkert level switches which includes the Type 8110 Level Switch using tuning fork technology for use with corrosive liquids compatible with PP/PPS and Viton® fluoroelastomers/EPDM.
These level switches work on dirty liquids ranging up to a maximum of medium slurry and Liquids with light to medium coating. The FET switch output provides a solid state, DC level interface with PLCs, relays and alarms.
For simple level switches applications we offer the 8181 Buoyancy Level Switch. The 8181 level sensor switch is designed to detect high and low level of a liquid and to switch pumps, valves, PLC’s relays and alarms.
