To the highly accurate type 8055 electromagnetic flow sensors which offer 4-20mA outputs, batch control and even flow history memory., giving a wide choice of command output switching signals.

Burkert's Inline Turbine Flow Sensors with Command Display

The Burkert range of paddle-wheel flow sensors/transmitters for continuous flow measurement and process batch control is designed for use in solid-free liquids. The flow sensor/transmitter is made of a compact fitting and an electronic module which is quickly and easily connected together by a bayonet. The easy connect system allows the simple installation into pipe sizes from DN15 - DN50 with a wide choice of body materials. Displaying flow, two totals and a current output in mA, with the options for batch control command and switching outputs.

These paddle-wheel flow sensors/switches are specially designed to switch a valve and establish an on/off control loop. The switching command point can be programmed with the 3 key pads on the command display or can optionally be programmed externally from a programmable logic controller over a 4-20mA loop. The connection to the process in the piping is done with the easy to connect quarter-turn technique of the in-line fittings in a wide range of materials.

To compliment our range of flow switches and flow sensors we supply a wide range of on/off process control valves to isolate and control to your required flow, allowing the ease and reassurance of purchasing your complete process control system from one supplier. Our complete process control range also includes i/p transducers, level detectors and process valves.
