As the UK’s sole distributor for Fairchild Industrial Products, and Jordan Valve, Fine Controls are able to offer one of the most comprehensive ranges of back pressure regulators available in the U.K.
Back pressure regulators are used to accurately relieve excess pressure in pneumatic and hydraulic supply lines.
Fine Controls range of back pressure regulators can be used for liquids and gases. The Fairchild range of precision back pressure regulators is primarily intended for use on air, whilst the Jordan range of back pressure regulators additionally covers steam and liquid duties.
The Fairchild model 10BP back pressure regulator offers sensitivity as low as 1/8” water gauge whilst the model 30 back pressure regulator offers similar performance in a smaller package. The Fairchild model 66 back pressure regulator has an all stainless steel body and is commonly used on fuels. These back pressure regulators are available with tamper proof caps and a choice of
Through Jordan valve we supply a range of industrial back pressure regulators which are used for more heavy duty applications, were the Fairchild units accuracy is not needed or other body materials are required.
Dealing with higher pressure duties the Jordan Range of back pressure regulators can work with pressures up to 950psi and offer a wide selection of spring ranges
The Jordan MK 50 offers sliding gate technology in back pressure regulators from1/4” to 4” whilst the MK 501 is the preferred back pressure regulator for high flow applications. The Jordan MK56 is a pilot operated back pressure regulator whilst the MK 58 is a globe style back pressure regulator.
Our steriflow hygienic regulators meet all the regulations required for the pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries, which are all fully compliant with FDA and 3A regulations.
Again, this is just a sample of the extensive range of Jordan back pressure regulators. These units are available in a wide range of process connections, body materials and rigid or elastomer diaphragms and meet most common regulations in today’s industry.
